Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled UI Lead with 7-10 years of experience in UI development. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in ReactJS and a deep understanding of modern front-end technologies. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive UI development, architect scalable solutions, and mentor a team of developers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of high-performance, responsive web applications using ReactJS.
- Architect and implement scalable, reusable UI components and front-end solutions.
- Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Optimize applications for speed, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
- Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and UI/UX design.
- Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior UI developers.
- Stay updated with the latest UI trends, frameworks, and industry best practices.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7-10 years of hands-on UI development experience.
