Job Responsibilities:
- Dispatch and schedule transportation for WHC programs and clients.
- Help with driver routing and provide support as needed.
- Monitor trips, adjust routes, and ensure on-time service.
- Confirm driver availability and manage schedule changes.
- Respond to calls, texts, emails, and radio alerts professionally.
- Address client and passenger inquiries courteously.
- Record customer requests, service details, and other dispatch information.
- Advise drivers about traffic or weather issues.
- Complete other related tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in a call center or dispatch role.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
- Proficient in MS Excel and other scheduling software.
- Strong customer service and decision-making skills.
- High school diploma required.
