Responsibilities as a Fleet Recruiter:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase growth and retention within the company.
- Set clear recruitment goals and objectives.
- Create and run effective recruitment campaigns to attract top talent.
- Respond to candidate inquiries quickly and professionally.
- Schedule and lead informational and orientation sessions for prospective Independent Contractors (ICs).
- Ensure a smooth and efficient application process, from contract signing to vehicle assignment.
- Manage and update applicant tracking systems to ensure all candidates are followed up with.
- Maintain accurate reports to track and analyze recruitment progress.
- Provide backup support to the Retention Manager as needed.
- Build strong relationships with the driver workforce and promote positive morale.
- Encourage excellent customer service and high performance throughout the organization.
- Handle additional management tasks as assigned.
Qualifications for a Fleet Recruiter:
- Some experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service
- A positive attitude with a "can-do" mindset
- Ability to go above and beyond to meet recruitment goals
- Reliability and attention to detail are essential
Salary : $60,000 - $60,001
