Key Responsibilities of a Recruiter:
- Develop and execute strategies to foster fleet growth and enhance driver retention.
- Set and achieve recruitment goals and objectives for the operation.
- Design and implement targeted recruitment campaigns and plans.
- Respond to candidate inquiries promptly and with professionalism.
- Organize and lead orientation and information sessions for potential Independent Contractors (ICs).
- Streamline the applicant process, ensuring swift completion of contracts and assignment of lease vehicles.
- Maintain and manage applicant tracking systems with accurate records.
- Generate and update various reports to monitor progress and identify trends.
- Support the Retention Manager as needed.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with drivers and staff.
- Cultivate a positive work environment and uphold superior customer service standards.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications for a Recruiter:
- Experience in Recruiting and/or Sales preferred
- Positive, proactive attitude
