What You’ll Do as an Office Manager:
- Open & Close the Office – Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Driver Scheduling & Communication – Keep shifts organized, confirm availability, and establish a unified communication channel.
- Client & Vendor Management – Provide timely capacity updates to major accounts.
- Customer Service & Safety Handling – Address complaints and safety concerns swiftly and professionally.
- Financial & Record Keeping – Process payments, conduct trip audits, and maintain compliance records.
- Professional Corporate Communication – Represent the company professionally with senior management, clients, IT, HR & Payroll, and external partners.
