In this role, you will be responsible for managing and booking various transportation services, including Dial-a-Ride, NEMT, and public transit trips. You'll work with multiple systems like Trapeze, RouteMatch, LogistiCare, and the MTI Tel Op System to ensure smooth coordination, accurate documentation, and seamless service delivery.

- Monitor reports and perform daily reservation checks to ensure all bookings are accurate.
- Handle weather-related adjustments, accident reporting, and shopping vehicle trips as necessary.
- Manage account-specific trips, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and staff, ensuring all trip details are relayed and updated as needed.
