- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before and after each shift to ensure safety and performance, reporting any issues promptly to maintain the bus in optimal condition.
- Safely transport passengers, ensuring a smooth, timely, and efficient ride while following all safety protocols.
- Provide a friendly, professional, and courteous experience for all passengers, ensuring satisfaction throughout the journey.
- Adhere to traffic laws, company policies, and safety procedures to safeguard the well-being of all passengers.
- Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude in all passenger interactions, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement
- Strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow set routes and adapt to different schedules as needed
- Previous shuttle or passenger transport experience is a plus but not required
