- ✅ Application Process Management: Ensure a smooth and efficient application process, from contract signing to vehicle assignment.
- ✅ Applicant Tracking: Manage and update applicant tracking systems to ensure all candidates are followed up with.
- ✅ Report Maintenance: Maintain accurate reports to track and analyze recruitment progress.
- ✅ Support: Provide backup support to the Retention Manager as needed.
- ✅ Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with the driver workforce and promote positive morale.
- ✅ Performance Encouragement: Encourage excellent customer service and high performance throughout the organization.
- ✅ Additional Tasks: Handle additional management tasks as assigned.
- ✅ Experience: Some experience in recruiting, sales, or customer service
- ✅ Attitude: A positive attitude with a "can-do" mindset
- ✅ Goal-Oriented: Ability to go above and beyond to meet recruitment goals
- ✅ Reliability: Reliability and attention to detail are essential
