- Manage and organize driver routes and schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve transportation-related issues or complaints.
- Assist drivers with navigation, route adjustments, and optimization.
- Professionally answer inbound and outbound calls.
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 2 years of call center experience.
- Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Previous experience in scheduling, dispatch, or customer service roles preferred.
