You will use systems like Trapeze, RouteMatch, LogistiCare, and the MTI Tel Op System to ensure smooth operations, accurate documentation, and exceptional service delivery.

- Provide professional and timely service to drivers, staff, and customers.
- Book and manage trips for Dial-a-Ride, Greeley Evans Transit, NEMT, and other special accounts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Log trip details in systems like Trapeze, RouteMatch, LogistiCare, and MTI Tel Op.
- Monitor reports and perform daily checks to ensure all bookings are accurate.
- Handle adjustments for weather, accidents, and vehicle trips as needed.
- Manage account-specific trips, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and staff to relay and update trip details.
