Zuern Building Products is seeking a reliable individual to join our driving team at our Slinger location. This full-time position requires availability from Monday through Friday.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Delivering material using non-CDL trucks
- Loading material for delivery
- Loading customer orders
- Stocking and maintaining product
- Receiving product from vendors
- Storing and maintaining product in bins
- Putting away stock and special order returns
- Organizing, stocking, and maintaining the warehouse
- BASIC HOUSEKEEPING: sweeping aisles, straightening piles, picking up scraps
- Care of product against damage
- Maintaining attention to safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining attention to detail and accuracy when loading products
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Forklift certification required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to lift and carry 25 to over 100 pounds consistently, with ability to twist and bend; possible weight of 125 pounds or more
- Alert, focused, and detail-oriented
- Basic reading, writing comprehension, and math skills required
- Physically and mentally fit
- Self-starter who works well independently, as well as collaborates with others when needed
- Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful
