Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and physically fit individual to join our Delivery Team at the Slinger location. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering materials, loading customer orders, and maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivering material with non-CDL trucks
- Loading of material to be delivered
- Loading customer orders
- Stocking and maintaining product
- Receiving product delivered from vendors
- Stock and maintain product in bins
- Put away stock and special order returns
- Organize, stock and maintain warehouse
- Basic housekeeping (sweep aisles, straighten piles, pick up scraps)
- Care of product against damage
- Attention to safety procedures at all times
- Attention to detail and accuracy in loading the correct product
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Forklift certification required
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry 25 to over 100 pounds on a consistent basis with the ability to twist and bend
- Alert, focused and detail-oriented
- Basic reading, writing comprehension and math skills required
- Physically and mentally fit
- Self starter who works well independently as well as the ability to work well with others when needed
- Disciplined, dependable, and resourceful
