Job Summary:
The HR & Marketing Admin is responsible for assisting with various administrative tasks within the HR and Marketing department. The HR & Marketing admin is focused on the goals of supporting a positive environment internally for all employees as well as our external brand.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- 1. Create and distribute internal and external company postings and company-wide communications (HR updates, internal and external events, policy changes, etc.)
- Help with payroll with setting up deductions, benefits enrollment and reimbursements
- Organize and maintain personnel records, enter new data, and update previous employee data in internal HR database
- Assist in the onboarding of new employees, including background checks, ordering business cards, completing electronic files, gathering apparel, and welcoming on internal intranet platform
- Prepare HR-related reports as needed
- Collaborate with marketing and HR to coordinate and attend various employee, customer, and vendor events
- Attend job fairs as a representation of Zuern Building Products & Design Center
- Coordinate employee volunteer opportunities in alignment with our community engagement goals
- Assist HR & Marketing with various internal marketing projects
- Manage weekly updates and employee communications on internal intranet platform
- Assist Marketing team with social media platforms
- Order and maintain inventory of employee apparel, promotional apparel & promotional items
- Assist HR and Marketing team with filing credit card receipts and vendor invoices as well as submitting coop
- Assist T&D Specialist with orientation and training needs
