Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Cosmetic Injector to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background with injectables and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures. This person will play a key role in our practice by working closely with patients to assess their needs and provide personalized care in a welcoming environment. They require a blend of clinical expertise and a passion for enhancing confidence through safe and effective treatments. You will collaborate closely with our plastic surgeon and team to ensure the highest level of care and patient satisfaction.
Duties:
- Administer injectable treatments such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators and other aesthetic procedures.
- Conduct thorough consultations with patients to understand their needs, goals and medical history.
- Provide personalized recommendations and treatment plans.
- Maintain a high standard of patient care by ensuring all procedures are performed safely and effectively.
- Maintain accurate patient records using our EMR.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care to ensure optimal results and safety.
- Assist with inventory management.
- Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional service, ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Stay current on the latest advancements in injectable treatments and aesthetics.
- Ensure the office maintains a clean, professional, and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- Valid RN (NP or PA preferred) license in the state of MI.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in aesthetic injectables (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injectable techniques.
- Ability to perform consultations and provide personalized treatment plans.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage patient relationships effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and with a team.
- Ability to maintain a calm, patient, and professional demeanor under pressure.
- Knowledge of EHR systems (prior experience in Modernizing Medicine/EMA is helpful)
- A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation in all practices.
- Passion for the industry with an understanding of current trends in aesthetics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- NP or PA
- Experience in a plastic surgery or dermatology office.
- Advanced experience in aesthetic treatments.
- Knowledge of laser and other non-invasive treatments such as Hormone Replacement Therapy, Weight Loss Management, PDO Threads, and more.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
