Immigration Attorney

Title: Immigration Associate Attorney (Hybrid)

Salary: $100,000 - 150,000, Annually depending on experience

Location: Gurnee, Illinois / Chicago, Illinois *Can work out of both the Gurnee & Chicago offices, must be at least one day out of Gurnee*

We are seeking a new or experienced Associate Attorney, salary will be commensurate with experience, to focus on Immigration law at our practice. Job Responsibilities To Include:

• Practice immigration law including conducting virtual and in person consultations in addition to green card interviews
• Attend both virtual and in person court appearances
• Review client applications completed by a paralegal and edit accordingly

Requirements:

• JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school and admitted in Illinois
• 0-5 years of experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Team-oriented and collaborates well with legal support staff
• Good courtroom presence
• Ability to perform standard office tasks, including occasional lifting of up to 40 pounds

Bonus Experience:

• Immigration experience
• Bilingual in spanish
• Traffic and /or criminal law experience
• Federally licensed
