Main Duties
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Gain hands-on experience in managing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies
- Contribute to developing and implementing strategies to maximize revenue, enhance guest satisfaction, and drive business growth
- Observe the management team during service periods to understand guest interactions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive dining experience
- Assist in conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
- Gain exposure to financial management tasks, such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling, payroll processing, and inventory tracking, under the guidance of the management team
- Provide support to the General Manager in executing special projects, events, and initiatives to promote the restaurant and enhance its reputation

- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
