Our Mental Health Practitioners work closely with a team of professionals to provide one-on-one services to adult clients out in the community, at their home, or at the office.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a caseload of clients.
• Help develop and work will all members of the treatment plan team as often as needed.
• Facilitate services to clients individually and in a group setting.
• Coach, teach, educate, and model independent living skills to clients.
• Coordinate and make further referrals for clients as needed.
• Seek treatment consultation from Clinical Supervisor.
• Accurately complete all required documentation and notes for each client in a timely manner.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Social Work, Psychology or a related human services field.
• 1 year of experience providing services to individuals with a mental illness or substance use disorder required.
• Must qualify as a Mental Health Practitioner in the State of MN
• Licensed as a Social Worker in the State of MN preferred.
• Provisional License in the State of MN will be considered.
• Experience working with severe emotional disturbances in children is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

Starting wage $23.65 per hour. Years of experience taken into consideration.
