Job Responsibilities
This role involves providing direct care to clients in withdrawal management and detoxification, conducting assessments of health status on individuals upon admission and discharge, accurately charting all medications, physical, emotional, and mental status, and evaluating appropriate referral sources for clients upon discharge. You will also participate in the development and modification of a plan of care, implement physician orders, and perform general nursing procedures and care to clients.
Requirements and Qualifications
You must have an Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a current active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Minnesota. Experience working with individuals who have substance use and/or co-occurring disorders is preferred. A competitive salary ranging from $33.74 to $42.17 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.
