Come join our Clinical Supervisor team and oversee our Case Management, Adult Rehabilitation Mental Health Services, and Peer Support Programs!
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates review of clinical records to assure that internal and external standards are met.
- Orient and train new staff on the clinical documentation.
- Facilitates Integrated Clinical Consultation meetings and offers treatment recommendations.
- Reviews Commitment, Guardianship and Vulnerable Adult reports.
- Provides Treatment Supervision, direction and oversight for each client served.
- Staff cases prior to discharge and consult on the discharge plan.
- Oversees compliance, regulations and the certification process.
- Offers guidance and education to staff on Treatment, Care Management, Medicaid documentation and ethical issues.
- Provide crisis assistance consultation within designated time frames.
- Provides back up for other mental health professionals as needed.
- Provide observation of staff in individual and group settings both on-site and in the community.
Qualifications
Requirements and Qualifications
- Master's in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work
- Independent professional licensure in the State of MN (LP, LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW) required.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
- Two years of experience working in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting is desired.
- Valid Driver's License and Proof of Auto Insurance
