Description
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Customer Service Supervisor to oversee and lead our customer service team. The supervisor oversees the quality control systems designed and put in place in order to ensure efficient client scheduling, billing, and management of their electronic health record. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and the ability to manage and develop a team to achieve performance goals.
Responsibilities
- Hire, train, and supervise the employees of the Customer Service department.
- Set expectations for employee work schedules ensuring proper coverage for all positions on a regular basis.
- Monitor quality control system to assure accurate data entry for appointments, records, and billings.
- Develop and maintain training manuals and systems for new employees.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing feedback both informally and formally through employee performance reviews. Recognize successes and track performance not meeting standards.
- Be proficient in the essential duties and responsibilities of each position of the Customer Service department.
- Serve as back-up to staff, ensuring coverage of their day-to-day job tasks when they are out of the office or on leave.
Qualifications
Requirements and Qualifications
- Associate's degree in business administration or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Two years of prior office management and supervisory experience required.
- Must be efficient and knowledgeable in insurance payers.

Pay: $27.33 - $33.48 per hour. Compensation is based on years of experience.
