What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Zumbrota Care Center?

Compensation: $18.00/hour to $22.00/hour Depending on Experience
Candidates with experience, looking for a flexible schedule, would be a great fit for this position as we could discuss either part or full-time hours. Start times can be negotiable but must work Monday-Friday. Basic Mechanical ability is required but would be under the supervision of an experienced Environmental Services Director.
Examples of tasks assigned would include upkeep of the building, painting, cleaning/waxing floors, floor/wall repairs, grounds maintenance, etc.
