Zumbrota Ford is looking for a Business Development Center (BDC) Manager to take our dealership's customer outreach and appointment-setting processes to the next level. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading and motivating a team of BDC agents to maximize customer engagement.
  • Managing our CRM to ensure all customers are followed up with properly.
  • Setting and confirming appointments with potential buyers to drive showroom traffic.
  • Ensuring every lead, inbound call, and appointment request is handled professionally and efficiently.
  • Tracking performance metrics and implementing strategies to improve results.
  • Collaborating with our sales team to convert leads into car buyers.
  • Improving processes and scripts to ensure consistent, high-quality customer interactions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a BDC or customer engagement leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills – You know how to motivate a team!
  • Tech-savvy and CRM-proficient (experience with automotive CRM tools is a plus).
  • Excellent communication skills – You’re confident on the phone and in person.
  • Results-driven mindset – You love hitting and exceeding goals.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
