What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and motivating a team of BDC agents to maximize customer engagement.
- Managing our CRM to ensure all customers are followed up with properly.
- Setting and confirming appointments with potential buyers to drive showroom traffic.
- Ensuring every lead, inbound call, and appointment request is handled professionally and efficiently.
- Tracking performance metrics and implementing strategies to improve results.
- Collaborating with our sales team to convert leads into car buyers.
- Improving processes and scripts to ensure consistent, high-quality customer interactions.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a BDC or customer engagement leadership role.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills – You know how to motivate a team!
- Tech-savvy and CRM-proficient (experience with automotive CRM tools is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills – You’re confident on the phone and in person.
