Key Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, evidence-based nursing care to patients within high-acuity settings.
- Operate independently in high-stress environments while ensuring patient safety and quality care.
- Provide care for Post-Cesarean Section patients and manage obstetrical emergencies.
- Float to various specialties as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Adhere to established protocols, policies, procedures, and clinical standards.
- Maintain precise and comprehensive documentation of patient care activities.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Minimum of two years of experience as a Critical Care RN.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Current New York State RN licensure.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BCLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
- Proven capability to function autonomously in high-pressure situations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration within teams.
- Ability to efficiently prioritize, organize, and manage multiple patient assignments.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts and float between different specialties as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.
- Minimum of two years of professional experience as a Critical Care RN.
