The Team & Role

Zuora’s leading, cloud-based software solution automates all subscription order-to-revenue operations in real-time for any business. Our Sales team is pivotal in sustaining our rapid growth across the globe. We are looking for a relationship-focused, outcome-oriented account manager with an entrepreneurial spirit to help us take on this huge market opportunity.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, Install Base, you’ll focus on targeted $100M – $1B accounts, helping to enable some of the most successful software, hardware, media, telecom, and IoT companies sustain rapid growth and transform their entire business.

What you’ll do

  • Complete Zuora’s in-depth onboarding and sales training to become an expert in Zuora’s messaging, products, and services.
  • Develop your own account, territory, and opportunity plans to manage the complete and complex sales cycles.
  • Identify and secure expansion / cross-sell opportunities within your assigned book of business.
  • Exceed your quarterly and annual sales quota; identify opportunities and create a pipeline that will fuel ongoing growth.
  • Meet & Exceed Annual renewal targets.
  • Work cross-functionally with our marketing, product, and customer service teams to deliver outstanding results.
  • Accurately forecast profitable and predictable territory performance through adherence to our sales process.
  • Advocate for your customers’ implementations and maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring timely resolution of any customer service-related issues.

Your experience

  • 5 years of solution sales experience managing complex SaaS sales-cycles.
  • Proven track record of consistent over-achievement of quotas and revenue goals.
  • Passion for building long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Ability to align technology solutions to complex, multi-stakeholder business problems.
  • Technologically adept with outstanding communication skills.
  • Ability to work individually and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong computer skills including G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and Salesforce.
  • Bachelor’s degree (sales training methodologies is a plus).
  • Ability to travel when required.
  • Location & Work Arrangements

    For this role, we are ideally looking for candidates to be based on the West Coast.

    The pay range details represent the annualized salary range for the posted position. Total Compensation (OTE) : $150,000 — $300,000 USD.
