Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with expertise in Capital Markets, Broadridge and EDM (Customer Data). The role involves gathering business requirements, improving processes, and supporting data accuracy and platform configurations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and document requirements.
- Analyze Capital Markets workflows and identify improvements.
- Manage Broadridge configurations and customer data in EDM.
- Ensure data accuracy and support UAT processes.
Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Capital Markets Business Analysis.
- Experience with Broadridge or similar tools and Customer Data management in EDM.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., JIRA) is a plus.
