Role: Digital Marketing Analytics Strategist
Location: Hybrid 1-2 days in the office per week in Minnetonka, MN (Need Local Only)
Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Analytics Strategist to support our Government Programs and M&R acquisition portal marketing efforts.
This role will encompass broker marketing, portal marketing, and the end-to-end consumer acquisition experience marketing.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and make compelling recommendations through executive-level storytelling.
Primary Responsibilities:
Act as a thought leader, inspiring teams to adopt and expand data-driven decision-making practices.
Design, build, and deliver reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to improve key objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define measurement plans and develop a strategic roadmap to advance analytics maturity.
Harness data to assess and fine-tune campaign performance and optimize the user experience on websites.
Guide in transforming processes to better leverage data and insights, driving operational efficiency and improved outcomes.
Proven ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to define use cases and develop actionable roadmaps to achieve organizational objectives.
Oversee and guide a team conducting current-state analyses of analytics capabilities.
Analyze metrics from both IT and business sides to derive actionable insights.
Translate data into compelling recommendations and present them through executive-level storytelling.
Utilize AEP products, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe CJO, and AJO, to optimize marketing efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and marketing, to ensure alignment and achieve marketing goals.
Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
8 years of advanced experience conducting comprehensive assessments of analytics capabilities and leading the implementation of digital analytics strategies, from planning through execution and ongoing optimization.
5 years of hands-on experience working across a variety of MarTech tools and data sources, including analytics platforms, tag management systems, customer data platforms, audience segmentation tools, and activation platforms.
5 years of experience working with digital data sources, such as web analytics, advertising, audience, social, and search data, to drive actionable insights.
Strong knowledge of AEP products, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe CJO, and AJO.
Proficiency in Power BI.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with experience presenting to executive-level stakeholders.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in the healthcare industry or with Government Programs and M&R acquisition portal marketing.
Familiarity with IT metrics and business metrics analysis.
Consumer acquisition experience marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of broker marketing and

Healthcare domain knowledge.
