Zurich North America has an outstanding opportunity for a talented attorney to serve as Corporate Counsel in the Corporate, Transactions & ESG team of our prestigious Corporate Law department located out of our headquarters in Schaumburg, IL.The position will involve substantial direct client contact and responsibility for a wide variety of business, legal, and compliance issues. Responsibilities will include simple to complex global, regional and local contract drafting and negotiations (including Claims Vendor Management Agreements, IT hardware / software, licensing, consulting, Master Service Agreements, Framework Agreements, etc.), real estate leasing and construction documents, and other matters as assigned. Familiarity with SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, Cloud computing, intellectual property, and data protection issues a plus.
