Compensation:
- Annual salary, with performance-based incentives ranging from $85,000-95,000/ Year
- Benefits: employer-paid healthcare, paid vacation, sick leave, 401k with match, profit sharing, company vehicle, fuel card, laptop, and flexible PTO.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple high-end residential projects in and around Cumberland County
- Oversee all phases of construction, from pre-development to final walkthroughs
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Use project management software to handle specifications, schedules, change orders, and budgets
- Assist with budgeting, documentation, and reporting
- Identify and manage Change Orders
- Ensure timely material orders and resolve issues proactively
- Support production staff and ensure quality control
Expectations:
- Confident, empathetic, and forward-thinking with excellent communication skills
- Accountable and tech-savvy, capable of working both onsite and remotely
- Able to stand or walk for extended periods
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience managing high-end residential construction projects
- Strong understanding of all aspects of residential construction
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural plans
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Google Drive, and Windows
- High school diploma minimum; college degree a plus
- Spanish-language skills a plus
- Clean DMV and criminal record
- Smartphone with a data plan required
- Ability to pass drug tests
- Legal resident of the U.S.A.
