What You'll Do
As an Office Assistant, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our office runs smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordination: Accept deliveries, notify Project Managers, and assist in scheduling tasks.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment, ensuring cleanliness and order.
- Administrative Tasks: Handle document management, including copying, scanning, faxing, and filing.
- Mail Management: Sort and distribute incoming mail with precision.
- Project Assistance: Support office management personnel with projects and tasks as assigned, with full training provided.
