What You'll Do
As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our project operations, ensuring smooth communication, organization, and execution. Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Support: Assist Project Managers with scheduling, tracking progress, and managing budgets.
- Vendor Coordination: Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Documentation: Maintain project files, update BuilderTrend, and ensure all necessary permits and documents are in place.
- Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving inquiries.
- Quality Assurance: Help monitor project progress to ensure that work meets Zurich Homes' high standards.
What We're Looking For

- Experience & Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in construction.
