What You'll Do
As a Project Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our project operations, ensuring smooth communication, organization, and execution. Your responsibilities will include :
- Project Support : Assist Project Managers with scheduling, tracking progress, and managing budgets.
- Vendor Coordination : Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
- Documentation : Maintain project files, update BuilderTrend, and ensure all necessary permits and documents are in place.
- Client Communication : Serve as a point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving inquiries.
- Quality Assurance : Help monitor project progress to ensure that work meets Zurich Homes' high standards.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a professional who brings enthusiasm, organization, and a strong work ethic to our team. The ideal candidate will have :
