In close collaboration with the development team, we bring new instruments into the series production flow. We also work closely with the sales team to make sure we supply our customers on time and with premium service.
\n- Owner of the repair procedures and processes
- Responsible for the efficient diagnostics and repair of production and customer instruments
- Perform hardware troubleshooting, electronics circuit investigation and PCBA soldering rework
- Drive the root cause analysis and implement corrective actions in collaboration with manufacturing engineering and R&D
- Be part of the new product introduction team with focus on repair processes
- Lead projects to optimize the turnaround time
- Be the technical reference for the repair team
- Technical apprenticeship and HF/FH degree in electrical engineering or electronics
- 5 years experience as electronics technician in an industrial environment
- Knowledge of electronic circuits and EDA tools for circuit design
- Experience with ERP systems
- First leadership experience is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, analytic and solution-oriented thinking, independent and conscientious working style
- Fluent in English, German is nice to have
