We are seeking confident, outgoing, and self-motivated Customer Care Professionals to join our dedicated Claims Call Center team in February 2025. If you are passionate about customer service and want to help people, we want to talk to you. This role offers an in depth, 6-week training that covers everything youll need to get started.
- All candidates hired must live within the Schaumburg, IL metropolitan area training will take place in-person at our Schaumburg, IL office. After training is completed, the role will be remote within the United States.

The salary indicated represents a nationwide market range and has not been adjusted for geographic differentials pertaining to the location where the position may be filled. The proposed hourly ratefor this position is $17.21 - $18.50, with short-term incentive bonus eligibility set at 5%.
