Crop Claims Associate I

Zurich is currently looking to hire a Crop Claims Associate I. The Crop Claims Associate I with direct supervision, monitors the status of claims and ensures that the required information is received and processed timely in accordance with established SOPs and procedures. In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

• 
  Repetitive data entry and basic administrative duties

• Follow standard ordering procedures to ensure adequate low value supplies/resources are available to meet office/work unit requirements.

• Follow procedures to ensure adherence to the company’s risk and compliance policies.

• Organize information according to procedures by filing, data entry, checking/matching data etc. to ensure accurate records are maintained on a day-to-day basis.

• Provide feedback relating to the quality and efficiency of processes and systems in own area of work.

• Identify and escalate customer feedback relating to process and system issues to improve customer service.

• Liaise with internal clients in order to exchange information, clarify facts, and resolve queries and/or problems.

• Assist with the entry and processing of claims, providing support to operational claims staff.

Basic Qualifications:

• 
  High School Diploma or Equivalent and No prior experience required in the Office environment or Customer service area

OR

• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and No prior experience required in the Office Environment or Customer Service area

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic Microsoft Office skills

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to multi-task

• Strong organization and time management skills

• Experience collaborating across work groups
