We're looking for an experienced Financial Institutions Underwriter at the Mid-Senior or Senior level, ready to make an impact from our NYC Office. In this pivotal role, you will champion our customers' needs, enhancing their experience by understanding their unique risks and providing tailored solutions for their insurance requirements in the Financial Institutions sector.
This position is hybrid, requiring two days in the New York office each week.
What You'll Do :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and customers across various industries to support our business objectives.
- Utilize your expertise in Financial Institutions underwriting to assess risks and evaluate exposures, ensuring a profitable portfolio of new and renewal business.
- Collaborate with multiple business units, including claims, finance, and technical underwriting, while deepening your knowledge of a rapidly evolving industry.
- Leverage your technical and negotiation skills to foster connections with key distribution partners within your assigned territory.
This role will be filled at either Mid-Senior or Senior Level, based on your experience and skill set as determined by the hiring manager.

Compensation varies based on factors such as office location, role, skill set, and experience level. As part of our commitment to transparency, the salary range for this position is $94,000.00 - $170,000.00. The starting salary for Mid-Senior Level is $94,000.00 - $139,000.00 and for Senior Level it is $120,000.00 - $170,000.00.
