Zurich North America is seeking a WSC Canada Travel Insurance Sales Professional to join our Group in North America.
We are looking for diverse candidates to join our U.S.-based travel insurance team to grow their professional career or learn a new career path. We handle incoming calls and emails from Canadian travelers who are interested in learning about our products that may result in an insurance quote or policy sale. You will learn a consultative selling approach to identify travelers needs and recommend an appropriate product to protect their upcoming travel. The candidate will educate customers on what travel insurance is along with the benefits and coverages of the products designed to support the clients unique travel plans. Most importantly we provide an excellent customer experience to our clients by answering inquiries quickly with a high degree of professionalism, quality and accuracy.
Basic Qualifications :
