Zurich North America is seeking a Global Assist Coordinator to join our Group in North America.
Global Assist handles incoming calls from American Express Card Members who are facing unexpected travel situations around the world. The team acts quickly to provide the assistance our clients need to resolve their emergency and get back to enjoying their travel. This may include tracking lost luggage, coordinating emergency cash wire transfers, assisting with hotel check-ins, or helping to replace lost or stolen passports. We provide these services real time, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Basic Qualifications :
