In this role you will provide a wide variety of administrative tasks for our market facing and shared services team members across the Claims organization. While the model provides a high level of flexibility and autonomy, the candidate selected for this opportunity should be able to report into one of the following North America claims offices : Gold River, CA.In this role you will be responsible for : Respond to internal customer inquiries quickly, accurately and in a professional manner.Complete assigned work within established standards for timeliness and qualityOffer first level problem resolution to colleagues and escalate inquiries appropriately.Research complex claim for subpoena processing, document retrieval.Apply knowledge of administrative best practices and workflow procedures to assigned tasks.Identify and independently resolve problems by referring to procedural documentation and reference materials.Offer process improvements ideas.Handle further administrative projects as assigned.Research database for policy information; document retrieval.Basic Qualifications : High School Diploma or Equivalent and 3 or more years of experience in the Clerical or Office areaORZurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree and 1 or more years of experience in the Clerical or Office areaPreferred Qualifications : Strong Microsoft OfficeStrong customer service skillsStrong interpersonal skillsCompensation for roles at Zurich varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
