The House Manager oversees daily operations, ensuring a safe, supportive, and structured environment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Responsibilities include staff supervision, scheduling, compliance with regulations, resident care coordination, medication administration oversight, note taking and crisis management. The role also involves maintaining records, fostering resident independence, and facilitating communication between families, medical professionals, and support agencies. Managers are expected to provide relief to the homes in the event no other coverage can accommodated.
