Duties and Responsibilities:
The Program Director Zuriel LLC Day Support Program will be responsible for the overall operations in program and administrative areas to include monitoring of service budgets. The Program Director ensures the day-to-day operation, and the facilities meet all required needs to effectively operate. The Program Director will make modification as needed under direction of the CEO of Zuriel LLC. The Program Director will implement individualized service plans as written to support individual with meeting set goals, complete and maintain accurate data and document in accordance with individual service plan to identify supports provided and individual response. Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop person centered goals that address the individuals’ needs and wants. Ensures compliance with individual’s rights; ensures individual-to-staff ratio is maintained as established by residence occupancy. Perform Inspections and walkthrough in all the Program to ensure that they are up to code for Licensing Requirements. Will be responsible for quarterly updates of individual’s progress toward meeting person-centered goals. Program Director should know about reporting, case management and community relation. Must be able to work inside the homes in the event of an emergency.
Must be able to maintain an effective system of internal checks and balances and to interact effectively with staff, individuals, guardians/family members, and professionals.
Must possess the ability to establish and maintain a good rapport with the public and with professional associates.
Shifts will be Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:00PM
