Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor
  • Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate team member
  • Assist with billing inquiries and carrier payment processing
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Provide support for client communications via phone and email
  • Keep office supplies organized and assist with general administrative tasks
  • Support marketing efforts, including event preparation and social media assistance
  • Assist licensed agents with non-licensed service tasks

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a front desk, administrative, or customer service role (insurance experience a plus, but not required)
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
  • A team player who enjoys supporting others

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
