The Inventory Control Specialist ensures a high level of Inventory Accuracy at all of our Rep Warehouses, located in the Fontana, Dallas & Lumberton Region Respectively. This Role will ensure quick, accurate and accountable Inventory Adjustments at the Rep Warehouses, furthermore; look at trends and find opportunities to better manage our Inventory.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensures Timely Inventory Adjustments at the Rep Warehouses as a result of their internal Inventory Movements.
- Ensures Timely Adjustments at the Rep Warehouses as a result of Zurn Elkay's Transfer Order Activity.
- Analyze Trends for Warehouses with the least and most adjustment to share best practices with others and find opportunities where it can be improved.
- Maintains and distributes Daily Rep Performance reports for key inventory and delivery management metrics; which includes but not limited to timely delivery of transfer orders.
- Reports Rep Availability to Leadership Team and reports urgent inventory needs to the supplier warehouse.
