The Finance Intern, reporting to the Finance Director, will be part of the Operations Finance team and focused on building tools to enhance analysis, supporting special projects, and driving process improvements. Job Description
The Finance Intern, reporting to the Finance Director, will be part of the Operations Finance team and focused on building tools to enhance analysis, supporting special projects, and driving process improvements. Key responsibilities include evaluating business performance, identifying trends, and providing insights to support strategic and operational goals.
The Internship will be located in our Milwaukee, WI Headquarters.
Key Accountabilities
- Aid the development of new tools that drive scalable analysis and insight
- Perform ad-hoc requests and assist in analysis of special projects
- Support the Operations Finance team’s continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist with compiling, tracking, and analyzing information to evaluate achievement of key operational and strategic objectives, as well as to monitor the overall financial and operating health/performance of the business
- Assist with preparing for physical inventory
- Pursuing a 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and particularly strong Excel skills involving pivot tables and macros.
- Able to work 40 hours per week during the summer
