Job DescriptionPerforms production work assigned by the Lead person such as final assembly, testing, and crating. Perform quality checks as needed & properly record results if necessary. Alert Lead person of any quality problems, part shortages, machine breakdowns, or any other situations.
Key Accountabilities- Utilizes all available hand and pneumatic tools and appropriate machinery
- Occasional climbing of rolling ladders to retrieve materials
- Able to work safely in an environment with continuous forklift traffic
- Communicates equipment status to operations personnel before, during, and after the job.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to forklift traffic
- The noise level in the work environment is usually loud. (Safety protection will be provided)
- The employee may spend 100% of their work hours on the plant floor
- Must be able to troubleshoot equipment/process problems and propose solutions. Problem solving skills are essential to this position.
- High school diploma preferred but not required.
- Competitive Salary range $19.30 - $24/ hour

Salary Range: The compensation range(s) identified above are a good faith estimate of the salary expected to be paid as performed from these locations. Actual salaries may vary based on a variety of factors including but not limited to skillset, experience, education and training; and other relevant business and organizational factors.Most candidates will start in the lower half of the range.
