The Inventory Control Specialist ensures a high level of Inventory Accuracy at all of our Rep Warehouses, located in the Fontana, Dallas & Lumberton Region Respectively. This Role will ensure quick, accurate and accountable Inventory Adjustments at the Rep Warehouses, furthermore; look at trends and find opportunities to better manage our Inventory.

• Ensures Timely Inventory Adjustments at the Rep Warehouses as a result of their internal Inventory Movements.

• Ensures Timely Adjustments at the Rep Warehouses as a result of Zurn Elkay's Transfer Order Activity.

• Analyze Trends for Warehouses with the least and most adjustment to share best practices with others and find opportunities where it can be improved.

• Maintains and distributes Daily Rep Performance reports for key inventory and delivery management metrics; which includes but not limited to timely delivery of transfer orders.

• Reports Rep Availability to Leadership Team and reports urgent inventory needs to the supplier warehouse.

• Associate/Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or related field is required.

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a manufacturing setting preferred.

• Advanced skills in MS Office, primarily Excel.

• Demonstrates excellent problem resolution skills and a high level of attention to detail.

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365 or other ERP software, a must.

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM), a plus.
