About the Role 

Our goal is to make architectural design and direct manufacturing of houses accessible to everyone through an architectural design software that offers exceptional graphic visualization and usability. We are currently developing the first BIM software that is linked to the direct production of buildings.

Scrum Masters in ZURU help teams to improve sprint by sprint, guaranteeing the most valuable equilibrium between innovation, quality and design. Through day by day activities, Scrum Masters keep people motivated and monitor sprint improvements. During ceremonies, Scrum Masters are focused on team results, team inspection and adaptation in order to reach desired and excellent performances. 

• Facilitate Scrum Events (daily standup meeting, refinement, review, retrospective, planning) 
• Monitor work progress and identify potential risks and obstacles, then help teams to identify and prevent them 
• Support Product Owners and Group Tech Lead in Roadmap definition, Backlog planning and Capacity definition
• Care about motivation (both at team and individual level)
• Guide Developers and all Stakeholders involved to continuously improve by applying Agile and Scrum frameworks, principles and practices
• Report to CTO and CDO

• 3-4 years of Scrum Master experience, scrum master certification is considered a plus
• Experience working in software product development teams, ideally in medium-large product development teams that apply Agile and Scrum principles/practices
• Experience with at least one software between Jira, Gitlab and DevOps
• Ability to manage and assess risk, prevent and solve problems in complex and chaotic scenarios
• English & Italian Proficiency: you write and speak fluently in both languages, we are an international team!
• Office first Approach: 25% WFH during probation, 50% (subject to review) post-probation

• Exceptional Communication Skills: ability to clearly communicate with simple examples and metaphors while reducing complexity

• Complexity Management: ability to identify and tackle chaos in your surrounding environment and make things simple with a hands-on approach
• Collaboration: cooperating with all stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of product development plans is key
• Strong interest in construction technology, AI and cutting-edge products

What we offer: 

⌛️Flex Time: you can decide when to work from 6am to 10pm. We have a Core Time from 10:00 to 12:00 am in which presence is required (wfh/office), and the rest of the day is up to you!

Salary : $40,000 - $55,000
