Role
Our portfolio of offices and showrooms is expanding rapidly worldwide, and we're looking for a Senior Project Architect to lead the charge. In this role, you'll oversee design development, project execution, and stakeholder collaboration-ensuring every project is delivered with precision, innovation, and impact.
With ZURU's global growth spanning North and South America, Europe, and Australia / New Zealand, you'll spearhead 15 high-profile projects , shaping the spaces where we welcome top-tier retail partners and showcase our game-changing innovations. Your work will directly influence ZURU's global success, bringing our energy, creativity, and ambition to life through world-class commercial spaces.
This leadership role requires strong architectural background, excellent management skills, and a passion for creating functional, and aesthetically inspiring spaces.
Studio Leadership & Management
- Lead and mentor a team of architects, designers, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of TI projects, ensuring efficient workflow, resource allocation, and project delivery.
- Develop and implement studio processes and best practices to optimize project outcomes and team performance.
