Role responsibilities

• Social facilitation on Zutari projects across Transport, Water, Energy, Built Environment and Resources markets
• Development and implementation of stakeholder engagement processes
• Leading the implementation of community development initiatives
• General support to Associate Design Director: Social Sustainability, based in Cape Town 

Minimum requirements

• 8 years' experience in conducting social facilitation, stakeholder engagement and community development projects
• Fluent Xhosa and English writing and speaking (other languages advantageous)
• Honours degree in Social Sciences
