Role responsibilities
- Social facilitation on Zutari projects across Transport, Water, Energy, Built Environment and Resources markets
- Development and implementation of stakeholder engagement processes
- Leading the implementation of community development initiatives
- General support to Associate Design Director: Social Sustainability, based in Cape Town
Minimum requirements
- 8 years' experience in conducting social facilitation, stakeholder engagement and community development projects
- Fluent Xhosa and English writing and speaking (other languages advantageous)
- Honours degree in Social Sciences
