Technical Prod Manager AEM Implementation Project experience is a MUST
- 7 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years focused on AEM or similar content management systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale, cross-functional implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of AEM architecture, including templates, components, workflows, and integrations.
- Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
- Technical knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
- Analytical and Communication Skills:
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable items for business stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud-based AEM implementations (Adobe Experience Cloud).
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or AlpineJS.
- Knowledge of personalization, SEO, and analytics tools integrated into AEM.
- Basic understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with performance optimization and scalability planning for CMS platforms.
