Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Pastry Chef Consultant to help develop and refine our new modern Asian dining concept s dessert menu . This role involves working closely with senior leadership to craft concise menus and recipes that align with the vision of the Elia Group while ensuring operational efficiency and culinary excellence.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
Design & curate a unique, high-quality dessert menu aligned with Experience Zuzu’s brand.
Develop signature pastries that enhance the guest experience and set us apart.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in baking techniques, plating, and consistency.
Optimize ingredient selection and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
Ensure all desserts meet high standards of taste, presentation, and quality.
Establish and document best practices, recipes, and SOPs for future execution.
Collaborate with leadership to refine menu pricing and inventory controls.

Your success with us requires these qualifications :
5 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or Consultant in high-end restaurants, bakeries, or hospitality concepts.
A trendsetter with knowledge of modern pastry techniques, flavor pairings, and presentation styles.
Strong ability to train and mentor a kitchen team.
Experience developing cost-effective, scalable pastry programs.
Ability to work efficiently within a 30-day project timeline
